You may have heard the governor and the state superintendent have extended the school closings through April 17. This is not an unexpected development. The district has resources up on the website to re-engage students in learning, get back to a routine and a schedule, make up any work, and be ready for new learning on April 6.
From now until April 3 we will focus on re-engaging students in the learning process and honing and developing study habits again. It will be an opportunity for secondary students to make up work, complete assignments, and extend learning. Elementary students will focus on priority learning standards and getting ready for the next new learning. Click the headline for more information.

We will share information as it becomes available to us, but here is what we know now.
CCSD #1 recognizes that our students and parents come to rely on our Nutrition Services Department to provide their child the very best in nutritional meals. To meet the needs of our students during the COVID-19 school closure, CCSD#1 will be offering Grab-n-Go breakfast/lunch combo bags.
